as part of my day to day role we takes calls from customer who are looking to open a business account with Barclays.

I have within Barclays but I don't feel like I have gained anything from the apprenticeship its self.

I don't! I love the job role and the people but I don't enjoy the programme, I feel like I am already doing a B3 role on a B2 wage. I don't feel like I have gained anything from the programme and wish I just applied for a B3 role.

not very. all the apprentices say the same thing however nothing seems to change. the exam keeps getting cancelled and we are put under unnecessary pressure to rebook the exam when we aren't ready.

overall I have received amazing support from Barclays as a business but don't feel I have been supported by the apprenticeshipip

some. we get supported via 121s however I feel like we are not listen to in the 121s and that we all get the same answer. we are not listened to by anyone.

it hasn't. anything that I have learned has come from people it Barclays rather than the programme

I would recommend Barclays but not the apprenticeship
