Delivering meaningful, customer-focused digital experiences that are accessible for everyone through the creation of UI/UX and conducting user research and usability testing.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've developed skills in UI/UX, conducting user research and usability testing and I have learnt to code. I ahve also learnt the core principles of an IT Consultant.

I've really enjoyed my experience so far.

My programme is well structured. Everything expected of me/what I will be required to complete etc. has always been clearly outlined.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has gone above and beyond in providing support whilst on my programme.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Manchester Metropolitan University has provided me with all the necessary support throught my programme. Tutors and support staff have always been available to me when needed.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualifications has provided me with theoretical knowledge I can bring to the workplace which I can then apply to practical experiences.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Our employer offers a wide range of activities and social events. There's also plenty of proffessional networking events to get involved with.

Barclays has given be a number of opportunities to grow/develop both personally and professionally which has allowed me to understand what career path I want to follow.
