My role involves providing care for children between the ages of 3 months to 4 years. To also help them learn as they develop, and to keep track of their development. To also make sure they are fed and changed when needed.
I have learnt many new skills from my apprenticeship, things that will help me become the best practitioner I can be. And currently still learning every day.
I enjoy my programme extremely! I love being able to put the things I learn into practice in the setting and being able to learn while on the job.
My programme is well organised, everything that I need to complete is always accessible on a app. However sometimes the app does have issues certain tasks to open but majority of the time it works perfectly.
I receive lots of support from my employer and all the other staff that i work with. I get lots of encouragement and consistent support throughout my work.
I have lots of support from my training provider. I will receive emails to ask how I’m getting on and if I need any help. I’m always reassured that I can email whenever I need any help or have any questions.
I feel as though the actions I complete help me massively when I’m at my setting. They help me have acknowledgement on lots of different things that I can always put into practice within my setting.

Paragon skills have made my apprenticeship easily accessible and enjoyable which has helped me carry on throughout it.
An apprenticeship is hard work however completely worth it! Especially with paragon skills because of how they manage the programmes.
