running and managing both local and global projects on a day to day basis.
I have definitely learnt a lot of skills and developed. These include: pro activeness, negotiating, communication, confidence, team worker, management skills and so much more. The course has been amazing for development.
I think the programme has been really enjoyable and with Sage, the support makes everything worth it. the colleagues and atmosphere around the business as a whole is very joyful and fun.
its quite organised however, had some delays at the start and took a while to structure it.
support is one of the main, most best things about Sage. its fantastic!
support could have been better, there was a lot of miscommunication and delays however, the actual training courses for the qualifications were amazing.
it definitely helps me to gain a clear understanding of how ideal situations should work. it gives me ideas into new, more efficient ways of working.
there are always team activities and social events that happen throughout, which helps with creating friendships. Foundation (charity) days that Sage allow us to do is an amazing way to work together.
