  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • As a social media analyst, i mainly focus on analyzing the social platforms of the company, and using analyzing sites to put together information and dashboards to publish the data and present figures through graphs and visual representations. My role helps other people in the company too.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes! Plenty of new skills, not only have i developed skills that i already had, but i have also learnt plenty of new ones that will be beneficial to my career. I've only been at the job now for three weeks and have already learnt all of this!

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I thoroughly enjoy the program. I have been eased into it at a comfortable rate that suits me and works for me, yet makes sure that i am completing a substantial amount of work. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. No complaints what so ever.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well organised. I always have something to do and if i feel lie i am running out of projects everyone is more than happy to find something else to do or get you to help out with them

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • All the support i need. I can't fault the support at all! Someone is only one call away or visit and they are always more than happy to help out and offer their full support which is very helpful and always appreciated.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I haven't completed many of my sessions as of yet, However, from what i have experienced so far, i have been thoroughly supported. All my questions are answered and i'm helped in every way that i need.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Again i haven't had too much experience yet, although from what i have been told i will be doing, i believe that what i learn through my qualification will be very beneficial towards helping me perform better in my role.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are many events and activities to get involved. I am yet to have gotten involved in any due to current circumstances. However, when the occasion arises i will definitely be getting involved in them.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Sage to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • It is super easy to do and there are no problems what so ever. Nothing to loose and a lot to gain.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Sage?
  • Everything was so smooth and easy that it even felt as if it wasn't an interview. Everyone was so nice and put me to ease when i was feeling nervous and this made the process so much easier. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!
