  • Receptionist involving answering calls, greeting guests and booking meeting rooms. I am involved in facilities like health and safety, recycling and invoicing and often assist with catering for meetings.

  • I have learned about purchase orders and how to use our software for raising purchase requests and receipting. My customer service and communication skills have improved.

  • I enjoy the culture and environment of the company. I work closely with my team and I feel supported.

  • I experienced some delays and miscommunication at the start of my course, once this was sorted I was supported and organisation was better.

  • I receive guidance and support from my employer and assistance is provided whenever needed.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider supported me when we had our 1:1s, but there was little communication or support remotely.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification is different to my role, therefore I was unsure of a lot of the topics in my course and had little opportunity to put what I have learned into practice and use my own experiences to help me in my qualification.

  • There is always activities to get involved in, for example volunteering, social events and activities. These activities help me to get involved in other things and brings colleagues together.

  • Yes

  • There is a good support system and plenty of opportunities within Sage.

  • Opportunities that are given should be taken as they can lead to positive results.
