My role involves writing infrastructure as a code. I get involved with writing terraform and ansible, python, groovy(Java) and NodeJS scripts.

I get to try new things and learn from more experienced developers. I am being challenged and appreciated. I love the programme
Well organised but requires organisational skills from participants. The paths are explained and shown in the app online however the participant needs to act accordingly to meet the targets.
Employer is very supportive. I have a great career manager who helps me with the programme and my career path + project manager who helps me with my development on the project. I also have 2 mentors (self selected) who help me with the technical development
Support provided is definitely sufficient. I can speak to career manager and other training providers anytime I want. Any concerns are always addressed
The qualification helps me with a better view regarding organisational level.I learn about subject such as business analysis and how to communicate with the teams/clients effectively.
All the events are organised regularly- I attended social events, physical activities etc
