Running of a dual role hotel across 2 sites. Leading the teams to follow the standards and processes of Whitbread. Following all H&S polices and process and leading inline with whitbread strategy.
Able to lead a team better using models and leadership skills.
It was really great helped me demonstrate some skills and apply in the business
