Running of a dual role hotel across 2 sites. Leading the teams to follow the standards and processes of Whitbread. Following all H&S polices and process and leading inline with whitbread strategy.

Able to lead a team better using models and leadership skills.

It was really great helped me demonstrate some skills and apply in the business

Very good, helpful information and many ways to do it, like 121 and over phone etc

It has been good and I have support at many levels

It was what’s was needed and helped a lot
