Within my daily role I write and amend help guides for our customers to use in order to understand how to use our software correctly. I work alongside other teams to create newsletters to send to customers too.
I have developed many new skills within this job role such as; IT skills, communication skills, teamwork skills. I have also gained confidence throughout this role.
I really enjoy my program and my job, sometimes I dislike the college course as I find it difficult to understand how the course links to my job role.
My program is very well structured and organised. I also have a lot of support available. I sometimes find it difficult to link my program course to my actual job role as some pf the things we need to do for assignments don't happen or are difficult to do in my job role.
My employer offers ,me massive amounts of support from all areas. Anyone is willing to help me within my course and extra help is always available.
I receive a good amount of support from my trainer however sometimes it is difficult to get in touch in time if I need help with an assignment.
My qualification has helped me understand my job role and how it effects and impacts not only my team but the business as a whole. It has also helped me to understand internal and external factors that businesses must consider in order to succeed.
There are many different activities you can get involved in during your time at Sage. One of the main ones being CSR days, Sage gives every employee 5 volunteering days, this gives us a chance to volunteer for different charities and help out for the day, this can be done with your colleagues. There are also many social events Sage hold for their colleagues.
