The day to day job involved seeing a customer engagement with the company all the way through from pre-sales to post-sales. You could be presenting to a customer one day and drawing up a sales quote the next
Yes, not only did I learn technical skills but i also learnt more blue collar skills. In order to be successful not only do you need to know what youre talking about but also how to talk about it
Massively, the team are great as are the wider support network available
we had a strict timetable in place which would coincide nicely with but day to day job and deadlines we must meet

there were 1 or 2 courses that were provided which proved to be invaluable! they set me up for a better career and gave me experience i still use today

it's a long process but it is worth it - don't be put off my certain steps if you don't think you did well in them, IBM look at all aspects of you not just one skill
