I am a senior support worker for a company called Way Ahead Leisure Pursuits. I provide an adult day care service for adults with learning disabilities taking them out to do leisure activities.
I have learnt a lot of new skills and doing the courses has boosted my confidence and proven I’m capable of achieving more.
I am enjoying my current programme a lot more as it has a lot of new things for me to learn which is all brand new to me.
It is structured really well and I’d recommend my tutor he is amazing.
I receive all the support I need from my employer.
I receive all the support I need from my training provider.
The qualification has given me a better understanding to what is expected of me and a great insight to have things should be run.
I believe there is Zumba available I’m unsure about any other activities.
