Support successful project delivery by working as a Business Analyst who conducts requirements engineering, facilitate workshops/interviews, process mapping and reporting of benefits realised.
Improved my technical and analytical skills considerably as well as stakeholder management.
The programme is well run and organised with good support from within my organisation as well as the training provider.
Very well structured, this was all discussed very early in the programme and I have a clear understanding of what I need to achieve to be successful in the programme. With regular catch ups it makes it easier to stay on the right track.
Lots of good support in giving me the time I need to complete my learning as well as trusting me to work on some interesting projects. I have weekly catch ups with my manager to discuss learning allowing me to provide updates, ask for support and raise any concerns.
Good amount of support, with constant access to an experienced mentor, useful online learning materials, preparation for different modules, 6 weekly check ins and portfolio feedback.
It allows me to learn the theory behind some of the things I need to put into practice on the job. From doing this it allows me to learn a lot more about the best practice and how I can perform more effectively.
My team is particularly social, despite having to work from home at the moment we try to keep in regular contact on a social level as well as a professional level which has been fun.
