Taking calls helping customers with technical issues with their programme and training on the program whilst also completing apprenticeship work.
Self assessing skills and soft skills towards customers.
There is allocated time to complete apprentice work and training outside of the job role of speaking to customers
Lots - I receive support from coaches, my manager and the apprentice staff.
Lots we have full training sessions and I am able to contact them if I feel I need further support.
