  • There is allocated time to complete apprentice work and training outside of the job role of speaking to customers

  • Lots - I receive support from coaches, my manager and the apprentice staff.

  • Lots we have full training sessions and I am able to contact them if I feel I need further support.

  • Helps me understand the skills for dealing with a customer and the different types as well as businesses in order to gain an insight from customers perspectives and use soft skills
