  • Everyone in my team offers support day to day. In terms of completing my apprenticeship books i'm very self sufficient and only ask for support if i need it

  • it gives you a sense of confidence to discuss broad topics in the bank.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • No- I'd like to though. Particularly events with fellow apprentices. I am a member of the gender network which is part of the ELN's

  • Research the company to make sure you understand it's purpose and values to see if you'd be a good fit. Be yourself and authentic.
