I work in commercial banking and therefore we managed all the processes for companies and business who wants to open business accounts. My job is different everyday because my tasks depend on which project I am working in that moment
Plenty new skills since this is a sector in which I've never worked before
I enjoy it very much, maybe I would just change some of the BPP work since it's for very beginners and in this programme there are also people that have other jobs already
very well, it starts from learning the basic and it develop slowly giving you the opportunity to learn everything with no rush.
plenty, they are always keen for me to learn and participate in any project I want. There is plenty flexibility and they are always open for communication so we can decide what is best for me
the trainer is always available for any question I have or if I need any help. Every time I send an email I always get a reply within 24 hours and my trainer is always happy to explain everything to me
I think my qualification is useful for those who never been to uni or never had a job before, for me personally, the qualification doesn't help because all the topics are things that I have already been trained on in previous jobs or studied at university
there are plenty, before COVID we used to have teams night out monthly, volunteer days, networking events etc..
Yes
