I like working for Natwest they have a good people centred culture. Everyone I interact with daily is friendly and helpful.
Not very well. This is not Natwest fault but BPPs. They are very unorganised and do not provide engaging and well thought out teachings
I feel well supported. I am able to talk to my manager and colleagues about the work i need to complete for my apprenticeship coursework.
Not a lot. We have a group call every 6 weeks. No personal one to one interactions with our coach since COVID-19
The qualification is not teaching me anything i direct need in my line of work. and covers mostly the same things I've already been taught in business studies A level.
There usually is, due to COVID-19 there have been less, but we do team calls and socials via ZOOM.

come across as friendly and as true to yourself as you can in your interview. Make sure you have prepared your answers to the most likely questions and be up for any challenges they may push your way.
