On a day to day basis I help to look after Commercial customers financial and banking needs, this could include general service to complex lending needs
I have learnt lots of new skills, particularly in regard to finance and lending as well as developing lots of existing skills such as communication and resilience
I very much enjoy it - it keeps me learning everyday and helps me develop my skills
Quite well organised, I very much enjoy the events and getting to meet my fellow apprentices in different locations as it gives me a good mix of network
I receive a lot the team are so open to helping each other out
A lot, the support i get is mainly based on conversations and supporting me by giving me the time to do it
Definitely - it helps to put the theory into practice and i can use the theory to develop myself and my role
There are lots of professional networking events that i try to go to as much as i can
Yes
It gives you a great balance of being able to learn about the relevant skills whilst also being able to put them into practice straight away
I would advise them to really read into the specific role they are applying for and to try and speak to the recruiters and get a really good insight to what goes on in the role
