My role is to support a team of Relationship Managers in delivering income to our organisation by building strong relationships with clients and providing funding. It also involves interacting with clients directly to help with their queries.
I have learned a lot about lending and different type of legal entities. I have also developed my communication skills, time management and organisational skills as well as presentation skills.
I very much enjoy the programme and get a lot of support. It is obviously a bit challenging with the covid 19 situation but I still enjoy it.
It was fairly well orgnised until Covid 19 started. After that the communication wasn't always clear between my organisation and the training provider. I also felt the programme could have started sooner as it only started 3 months after I was hired
I get a lot of support from my team and the wider bank as well as from our apprentices team. The only disappointing thing is the tutor from the bank I was allocated to help completely disappear since the covid 19 crisis
I get a lot of support from bpp. I have regular calls with my coach and she is very quick to reply to emails. She is also always pushing my limits
It makes me reflect a lot on what i do at work and how i can do it better or differently.
Yes, there are social events in our team and with the wider bank too and also a number of employee led network we can get involved with
Yes
It is a great company to work for and being an apprentice you get to experience a lot of things regular employees wouldn't experience
Just go for it
