working with customers to help them out when they are in need of debt advice and plans putting in place
learnt many new skills have moved departments each also started looking at extra roles and helping manage agents within my own team
really enjoyed learnt alot from it and helped me to start build a career
i have found it easy to follow and always had the structure i needed to complete all my work requires
my employer is my biggest support always get the time i need to complete my work and they are really helpful with my work if i am stuck
all the help i need always there at the other end of the phone or email if i require there assistance
this definitely helps as it keeps me motivated and keeps me going to achieve my end goal in my career
i can get involved if i do want to there is always things goin off even down to chairty events

i have learnt a lot and if someone was interested i would refer them
always think positive and when you have completed this you have a qualification for life that will help you with your life goals
