I work within lombard providing asset finance to customers all over the teritory. I essentially work as an Assistant Relationship Director supporting RM's in getting deals paid and achieving their targets
I have learnt communication skills, skills in admin such as excel, I have developed my relationship managment skills and I have got a lot better at calling things out when I have an issue
I really enjoy my program
At first it was a little rocky as I believe there wasnt a lopt of communication in the first few months but now its great
A lot!
BPP has been great as I can call them at any time and they alway answer and are willing to answer any question I may have.
I have noticed a lot of things covered in my program relate heavily to my role which has been great and aloowed me to link the two all the time
