I deal with a portfolio of customers whos business range from 5m - 55m turnover insuring their needs and queries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manor no day is really the same as no one task turns out to be the same
Im learning to be more confident with handling tasks as understanding some of the risks that come working in the bank requires confidence to ensure you handle them correctly
The job role is really engaging as the large quantity of customers in the portfolios i help look after always keeps me on my toes and engaged with that im doing, the apprenticeship programme im on allows me to constantly challenge myself to become a better person that what i was the day before
Theres clear deadlines and clear criteria on what is expected of me in each assessment
My team i work with is always willing to help and are able to help where needed
The training provider is always keeping us up to date with extra learning materials and constantly updating and reminding us of upcoming deadlines of webinars, they always host a variety of open calls to phone into for extra support to make sure we're always on the right track with the work we do
All the assignments and work we do link with my day to day job role in one way or another so its always helping me look for those areas to improve on and ways to implment stuff ive learnt into the job i carry out
The good thing about working in the bank is that theres always something going on, whether it be webinars, live Q&As, networking events which help both with work life and my performance within the apprenticeship
