My role is to support two relationship managers and their commercial portfolio of customers. There are roughly 50-70 customers per portfolio.
Communication on the phone and email with customers, team working, face to face meetings and discussing products with customer.
I really enjoy it and will continue to work for the bank after my apprenticeship
Very well structured, i had a plan of my work and deadlines and an online portal to use,
I receive a lot of support with apprenticeship work and day to day tasks.
Monthly calls to check in and get update on progress.
It has helped my understanding of the role and also my skills
We do charity work as a team a few times a year, regular networking events in the area that we can attend. social events as a team and wider team.
