  • My role is to support two relationship managers and their commercial portfolio of customers. There are roughly 50-70 customers per portfolio.

  • Communication on the phone and email with customers, team working, face to face meetings and discussing products with customer.

  • I really enjoy it and will continue to work for the bank after my apprenticeship

  • Very well structured, i had a plan of my work and deadlines and an online portal to use,

  • I receive a lot of support with apprenticeship work and day to day tasks.

  • Monthly calls to check in and get update on progress.

  • It has helped my understanding of the role and also my skills

  • We do charity work as a team a few times a year, regular networking events in the area that we can attend. social events as a team and wider team.
