yes- social skills Math & English has advanced being able to recognise each British value systems & processes time management and organisation
i enjoy the programme as it has shown me a different side to banking & it very rewarding seeing a deal you have completed go from start to finish
i would say it is organised as we have monthly calls with our BPP mentor who also reviews our missions. we also have a specific time during the week to take time away from the day job to focus on our apprenticeship work
i feel very supported and if i had a problem i needed to discuss i would feel confident enough to approach someone about this
each month we have missions to complete
it helps as it gives you time to reflect on your progress and the experiences you have had - as our missions relate back to the day job
