Working with stakeholders to build out requirements for new systems, products or services which may be externally or internally facing.
Learnt organisation, presentation, time management and mentoring skills.
The programme has a could structure and provides good benefits, however personally due to the job role not fitting exactly what I want to do, it is not the most enjoyable.
The structure of the programme is really good. There clear objectives and milestones set throughout the 4 year duration, and ample support is provided on how they can be achieved successfully.
Support from the employer is great. There are multiple colleagues throughout the company both from my team to the apprenticeship team who are more than willing to support.
There are frequent contact sessions with the training provider with myself and my line manager, where we discuss how I'm getting on from both a university and work perspective.
The qualification that I am studying for does directly help me with my job role. However, the qualification has helped improve my presentation, professional writing and time management skills which have been useful and applicable in my work.
