1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work as an hairdresser in Gosport have been on the floor nearly a year now but my day to day is careing for clients and making sure they walk out with the Desired look and make the clients feel great about them self work on teamwork throughout the day and just really enjoy my work

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I haven’t learnt maybe being in the salon and working with paragon and couldn’t thank my assessor Roxi enough

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme because it’s not just work and being left to get on I get everything explains to the extent where I cannot understand it more than I already do

100% couldn’t get anymore

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I received an amazing amount of support towards my training and Roxi really makes me understand it and really makes me get involved and understand things

Passing off each qualification gets me more comfortable and more confident in what I can do and what I can achieve

Yes team meetings ,outing et cetera
