  • 9a. Would you recommend Barclays to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Because Barclays generally recruits like minded individuals who are aligned to Barclays values. They have so many different areas of Barclays to be involved in. So long as you are personally accountable for your own journey and give you recieve access to so much in return.Whilst a big corporate where colleagues are resources it has a great support culture- i call it my Barclays Family. There is also still much to do and fix so the variety and oppotunity keeps presenting itself.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?
  • Expect to work hard, gain experience and enjoy it.
