UC incident management, involves solving incidents on a daily dask. As well as a skips report. Interact with variety of team members about different topics. Very rare external interactions. Responsible for batch skips report and solving incidents. UC project.
JAVA and SQL skills are being given
I really enjoy the team and the people are great however the work I find to be a bit of a sturggle and the teaching not too helpful
Appreciated from manager, been given extra tasks, no recognition as of yet however no major issue to be recognised from
Very as their is crucial issues which need to be resolved on a daily basis therefore organisation and management is key
At the start very little however a lot more support is available now
Support is always there when asked for, however sometimes need to be a little bit pushy
Covers living and travel however very little money left afterwards
Yes however I feel like witht the comms event information there could be more, especially if the DC is expanding
