complete training tasks during our 4 week rotation as well as paperwork required for the training tasks and assessments.
yes I've learnt many new skills that i hadn't done before such as using a lathe, mill, creating radii on pieces, hack-sawing etc.
i enjoy it quite a lot but it can be repetitive at times
seems pretty well organised and structured
i receive as much support as i need which is nice to know.
i get as much support as i need, if i'm stuck i'm sure i can get help.

yes there are sometimes events we can go to etc.

its enjoyable and a good path to follow and can set you up for life if you stick to it.
not too sure. be polite and confident as you would. try your hardest.
