As a maintenance apprentice our daily routines can vary, depending on the how the line(s) is running. some days are busy, some are not so busy; other times we are asked to work on projects such as commissioning new machines or robots.
Yes, over the last three years i have learnt a lot of new engineering skills and knowledge.
I like working at Hams Hall, it is fun and we learn something new everyday.
Very well organised, our college has state of the art equipment and top class lecturers. Our NVQ assessor is very helpful and our manager is helpful too.
Whenever we need help, we can always ask, we never feel uncomfortable asking for advice or a helping hand.
Plenty, our college lecturers always encourage us to email them an additional questions and our NVQ assessor is on site 3 days a week.
Our BTEC, NVQ and FD are all extremely relevant in our work place, as a culmination are perfect for our job role.
There's a "Mountain Challenge" each year, christmas do's, charity football tournaments, and a few more things.
