I would help on different transformation projects, lead on data quality projects and run and action reports for HC system access.
Yes I definitely have. This was my first office job so I greatly developed my business communication, organisation and overall confidence. I also developed my technology skills which I needed to use on a day to day basis to be more efficient.
I really enjoyed my programme, my team were all so welcoming and helpful and I was able to experience many different parts of my team. I would have enjoyed my placement more if I was able to have wider experience outside of my team within the HC department however unfortunately COVID stopped any chance of this happening.
Unfortunately during my placement there were multiple restructures within my team therefore the initial structure of the placement was not followed which limited my experience.
I received amazing support from my employer. My Career Coach was always on hand for any questions that I had and the rest of my team were always so supportive and helpful.
I was not working towards qualifications.
I was not working towards qualifications.
Yes there are lots of extra-curricular activities to get involved in. I personally got involved in netball.
Yes
I think it is a great company that has amazing opportunities in many different areas. All of the people I interacted with were so welcoming and friendly and you always feel supported.
I would say preparation is key, really look into their values and why you want to/why you would be good at the role you're applying for.
