For one day a week I work on the assembly line at my designated zone and for the rest of the week go into college to complete my qualification
I have greatly learnt how the assembly process works in regards to how it is organized and what is required.
I greatly enjoy the programme as I get to learn an interesting part of manufacturing with a fascinating company.
Very organized as there is a sufficient amount of time to complete the qualification and informed regularly of what is required of me.
There is a lot of support and they are eager to help you with any issues or questions you may have with the company.
Chichester college have provided great support towards my qualification and have been very helpful.
It allows me to look deeper into how the company works and what is required of my role.
There is a display board which shows what events may be going on that involves other employees and it is encouraged to mix with other employees

They are a company that has its employees at the forefront of their care and are greatly helpful to what questions you may have.
The advice I would give is to make sure you do your best as you will be working for one of the best company's in the country.
