sewing apprentice. Gaining sewing experience and working in each leather shope zone to gain production experience.
I have learnt how to sew and cover leather parts.
I have enjoyed learning new skills. There are alot of times I feel in the way and people aren't sure what to do with us as apprentices
It could be organised alot better. There are alot of times I come into a new area and the process supporters have no idea they were expecting me.
alot. They are very good with monthly catch ups and if there is ever a problem they are always there to chat
whilst at college we get alot of support with our work. The actual qualification seems to be unknown to everyone. No one seems to know what we will get at the end, when how or what we need to do.
none at all. What we learn at college has no relevance really to what we do at work
I have been to a couple of events through work but no social activities.
Yes
