For my first year i am working in a training school learning about all different skills such as welding, filing and pneumatics.
These are new skills that i have never learnt before so is a good opportunity enhance your knowledge.
i do enjoy my program greatly because i am always doing something new.
the apprenticeship inst greatly organised and structure on a whole because there is evidence of lack of organisation
we receive good support from our tutors and managers
they do provide extra lessons for any employees that are struggling so i would say they do give good support to the eployees
the qualification you receive at the end of you apprenticeship,i would say is motivating and does help you get through the years that you face.
there are multiple activities that you can attend such as the mountain challange
Yes
because it provides a good opportunity for people to learn new skill and there are a lot of benefits that come with it such as the care scheme and the pension plan.
make sure that you CV is attractive and states all the jobs you have done in the past
