  • For my first year i am working in a training school learning about all different skills such as welding, filing and pneumatics.

  • These are new skills that i have never learnt before so is a good opportunity enhance your knowledge.

  • i do enjoy my program greatly because i am always doing something new.

  • the apprenticeship inst greatly organised and structure on a whole because there is evidence of lack of organisation

  • we receive good support from our tutors and managers

  • they do provide extra lessons for any employees that are struggling so i would say they do give good support to the eployees

  • the qualification you receive at the end of you apprenticeship,i would say is motivating and does help you get through the years that you face.

  • there are multiple activities that you can attend such as the mountain challange

  • Yes

  • because it provides a good opportunity for people to learn new skill and there are a lot of benefits that come with it such as the care scheme and the pension plan.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group?
  • make sure that you CV is attractive and states all the jobs you have done in the past
