My daily tasks are to welcome customer into our branches, and support them with any queries or transactions they would like to complete. Also we support customer by informing them of products we provide that could help them in their day to day life.
I have leaned many skills with dealing with customers face to face or over the phone. I have more knowledge for customer service, financial services and this has made me look at life differently myself. i have gained a lot of experience working in the bank, that i can use the rest of my life.
When i started i enjoyed the program very much, as it progressed i started to think i could be wasting my time.
Not organised. The talent coach from capital just want to pass the student their own way for their personal gain. Every talent coach complaining they have too many students to match work, and this does not help with the programmer at all. Capita Talent coaches are unprofessional and need to understand customer service and common sense. The bank managers don't know anything about the apprenticeship or they don't know the answers to the questions on the program.
Employer didn't show much support. Made us work 5 days a week and expected us to study at own time. made us work like contracted employee, with out full benefits. no body to contact for help with the program. nobody had any answers, and felt alone the whole program.
Not much support, although better than the employer, but its the job of the trainer. I believe they are more worried about their own personal gain, [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions]
I think they only slowed me down or i would of finished this in 6 mouths but took more then a year as some people didn't know their job roles.
once in a while we have training away from the branches or we have a yearly party.
