Answering calls from customers who need to make a claim or who are at the road side needing assistance from our providers such as Greenflag
Answering questions in a clear and concise manner. Being calm with extremely difficult customers
Prefer the studying side of the programme to the actual job itself
No one ever really knows what is happening with the programme and neither do Team Leaders, it is sometimes hard to get information on the apprenticeship, and help with questions as We only have very little time to complete a very large work load which can only be done at work and not at home.
There are specific Team Leaders that are better to go to for help with the apprenticeship side of the role and others seem not to care about anything other than the actual job
Training providers are very thorough in the information they provide and extremely helpful when they are around. Please with training providers so far
I do not believe the qualification helps much in my role whatsoever
None that I am aware of
Yes
The pay is very good for an apprenticeship with a guaranteed job at the end which is very rare from what I have researched when I was first applying for apprenticeships
Make sure you are mentally ready for the difficult customers plus the little studying time. It can sometimes be overwhelming but if you prepare and come in to work with a positive attitude it won't bring your mood down too much!
