  • I work within accounts payable and process invoice payments for the company, as well as statement recs and dealing with queries (both internal and external).

  • All skills I have learnt have been at Sage, as I left school and began an apprenticeship with Sage.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy the programme at Sage, there is support to get you through exams and even though I have been made permanent, I still get the same support and day release for college.

  • Very

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive enough support from Sage in order to pass exams and even if I don't pass them, I still get the same support and encouragement to keep going.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider provides a lot of support and is very encouraging. They keep in close contact with my manager through regular reviews and always help when I need it.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification doesn't relate to my role much so for this reason I can find it more difficult to pass exams and learn.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Not in terms of the apprenticeship, however, there are Sage Foundation (charity) days which help people to socialise and some get specifically organised just for apprentices.

  • Yes
