I have developed my skills technically and also my communication skills. The degree has enabled me to expand my knowledge that relates back to the workplace.
I enjoyed the program a lot. It was both interesting and also had fun aspects. The modules I have studied interest me and relate to my job role allowing me to further expand my knowledge.
The programme was well structured. The module details were clear and concise allowing me to understand the requirements in detail.
In the workplace i have a manager and a mentor. My mentor is in place for university support and communicates with me and my skills coach at University. My mentor is very supportive and provides guidance when needed.
My training provider supports me with my University tasks and enables me to ask queries and they can provide great assistance.
The qualification allowed me to really expand my knowledge and experience as the qualification relates to my job role very well.
My workplace offer monthly social activities, team building exercises and events to further boost morale.
