started off a bit rubbish as i wasn't seeing my trainer as they kept changing and not visiting but improved once i settled down with one who kept in touch frequently and visited me a lot
in my experiemce each trainer would tell me something different so i would get confused about what actually needs doing but overall the assessments, skills endorsements and coursework was organised as everything you needed was available
at the start i felt used because i was an apprentice on a lower wage and wasn't recieving much help but as time went on i felt more engaged and my employer did help out
as stated before ar the start due to changes in personnal trainer i didn't get much support but once i settled down with one i couldn't have asked for more support
my qualification has helped me out so much in my role and it has improved my knowledge amd understanding on what i need to be aiming for in my rold
we had a 5-aside football tournament for charity once and sometimes we go out every now and then with the rest of the staff for meals and drinks but other than that nothing
Yes
well paid job the staff are really kind and always helping each other out you can have friendly workplace banter they are flexible if you ever need time off for something however i do feel the worklife balance can be really touch at times and staff should get more time off at weekends
just be yourself dont change to try fit in or please others and dont be afraid to ask if you ever need something
