Putting out stock. Customer service Till points. Carding. Cleanliness of the store
Learnt to be more patient with situations. Learnt new ways of putting stock out efficiently
I enjoy working with people who can have a laugh
Start of the programme was brilliant but during th year has been very poor due to having different tutors
Support from the company is there when I need it most
Receive the support I need when I email about a certain question etc. Always there when I need to call
Don’t think it makes much of a difference as I am very confident In my job role due to being supported from the company during my first weeks
