Running, Organising a educational workshop. Using my specialist skills in order to teach and help develop students skills and support academic and research based work.
I have learnt much about management skills and personal time management. As well as practical training, health and safety training and theoretical training.
I enjoy the program very much. It is good to keep learning and my team and the company are very supportive.
Teaching is organised into block learning 2 days ever 3 weeks and works well and has a good structure.
My employer provide enthusiastic and strong support to allow me to perform well.
I receive the appropriate support when I ask for it.
It has allowed me to develop my personal work methods to become a more productive employee.
There are some activates available if one desires to partake.
