My role is to do various different roles within the organisation to develop my understanding for the business. My role at the moment is an on board manager, looking after the edinburgh caterers. However i have been a route controller, did a recruitment placement for a year, involved in different projects.
Communication Skills, and management skills
I enjoyed my programme very much, i enjoyed the topics learnt and the variation of roles i experienced.

It is a great place to work and i have learnt a various amount of roles which would suit many of my friends.
