Day to day i help to support client adviser and clients. i am in contact with clients if they need any admin tasks or general enquires. i currently look after 2 client advisers which means i hold 2 books of clients which i am constantly speaking to.
- confidence in the workplace - confidence with talking to clients - general knowledge of the financial industry - building relationships with both people at work and clients
the programme is really enjoyable however i feel as though there isnt much room to move onwards.
the programme has a clear structure when we joined. now the structure has become a bit more blurred as we are coming to the end of the apprenticeship it is unclear what the next steps are.
i recieve a lot of support from my manager and those i work with. there is always someone i can go to with any problems and i have regular catchups with my manager and my buddy/mentor.
the training provider has been excellent and i recieved constant support. they were always available to talk or explain anything regarding the exam or coursework. the support we also received from the external trainers provided my our trainers is unparallel
the qualification has given me a broad understanding of the financial industry and helped me to understand the structure and where we fit within. as i go on i hope to learn more about specifically the area i work in.
there are many social activities available as well as hundreds of networks that are easy to sign up and anyone is welcome.
