Department Rotation involving admin tasks and completing continuous improvement projects
Learnt lots of new skills, including Excel, SAP, communication, presentations etc
I have very much enjoyed my experience. It can be challenging at times but I have developed a lot in a few years
Very well. First year involves rotating around all the departments for one month to understand the business and the various roles. The second and third years involve 4 six-month rotations in your chosen areas, taking up a temporary job role. Final year start a full time role.
Lot's of support. As well as time in work to spend on degree assignments they also fund extra development courses with local colleges and other training providers.
Allowed study days to complete assignments. Managers will offer advice and guidance to support assignment work.
The knowledge and skills that are developed at university can be applied immediately in the workplace. We'd be taught a theory one week and using it the next. Also other skills such as presenting are developed to.
Charity Fundraising. Litter Picks. 5 a-side events.

I have developed a lot here and gained a degree without the student debt. I understand business much more than I would have done through theory alone.
You get out of it what you put in so don't shy away from challenges or learning new things.
