Being there for customers all the time, working to broaden my knowledge and skill set
Yes, I already had customer service skills which I have expanded but I have learned lots of new skills
I enjoy my job a fair bit however I do see this as a stepping stone in my career and wish I could be moving towards finishing faster
It’s not very well structured as we always seem to be too busy to actually focus on our apprenticeship, we are meant to be allocated 7 hours a week which we haven’t had in months
I think support is there if you seek it out but it’s not always offered to you
I receive all of the support I need from it
I feel that it will help me improve in future roles but not so much my current role
I have made excellent friends at work and we see eachother socially outside of work, I have also attended charity events
Yes
It’s a good environment to work in, challenging and forces you out of your comfort zone, great people and working environment
Make sure you are up for a challenge and always be open to new things
