Fantastic provider, supported me throughout my journey..I have really benefited from completing an apprenticeship with Interserve Learning & Employment
!00% I have learnt many different new skills that I can use within work and also help outside of work.
It is great, it's a good mix of face to face, group and on-line learning.
It is though enough that it doesn't allow me to lose momentum, the assignments are distributed evenly and give me to to study and research new topics.
I am always allowed time out to study and write my assignments, they are getting me involved in different projects to help me further develop my skills.
Great 1:1 support is provided by my training and development officer, I also have an additional vocational specialist to support with the academic qualifications I am completing.
I understand more about my sector and I am able to put my knowledge in to practice and gain more skills by doing so.
I have been encouraged to attend networking events.
