I am learning on the job, currently working in the Pilot centre
I learn knew things everyday as this is a field that I have never worked in before
my programme is very enjoyable and I look forward to the future working here
very structured, I am always aware of my next job and I always have work to do, sometimes too much!
I receive a great amount of support from my employer and I always feel there is someone who I can go to for help.
not a great amount as during COVID 19 my year was cut short, I have had problems with getting in contact with the college as things are unusual at this time
almost not at all, very little of what I learn at college is useful at work
I'm unaware at this moment but I believe so
Yes
