NO7 Supply Assistant. I do a range of tasks in my daily duties these tasks include: - salesplan -monitors -looking after my own line -completing manual orders -taking on a new project with another apprenticeship to run ourselfs. - checking on daily sales -helping ASM's with anything they need doing - interacting with stores. -taking part in meetings
I have taken part in internal training on some of the softwares that I use in my day to day job. I have learnt so much over the past 5 weeks. My team have been so supportive. I have increased my knowledge on excel through using excel in my job role.
I love the programme and how it is run. Love the idea of earning whilst learning. All of my team are so supportive and helpful. I love that I work for a company with such a well known good reputation.
I feel like a valued member of the team from the first day. I have been given my own responsibilities and duties to take care off. My team are so kind and helpful. When I was on my placement in a boots store colleagues recognised me as an apprentice and made me feel valued. Me and another apprenticeship have been given a project to take care of on our own/
Training has been really useful and has taken place at a great time. I was given a week to settle into my role before taking part in the training. The training then became useful to me as I had been using it during my first week which kept me engaged in the course. Support is always available from course leaders, Managers and colleagues. I feel like my team have so much trust in apprentices and are happy to give them a real task to undergo with clear guidance from managers or ASM's.
I feel like a recieve as much support as I can from my course leader from babington college but because the course takes place once a month I feel like if I have a problem it is going to be harder to ask about it via email.
I feel like I can ask my line manager about tasks without feeling like im bugging him. I get as much support as possible from my manager
very well. The apprenticeship offers a higher salary than other competitors and offer a better course.
Because of Boots well known reputation many places offer discount to boots employes. There is a gym within the building at Boots Support Centre which allows staff to use for a cheap price.
Yes
A very well run apprenticeship with opportunities to go up the levels.
Be youself. Do your research on the company Try not to be nervous ( I know its easier said than done) engage in any opportunities to get a feel for Boots such as inspiration weeks. Prepare yourself for the assessment you can never prepare to much.
