My role holds many different responsibilities including administering contracts, documenting site progress, progress meetings with suppliers, reading drawings etc.
I've learned many more skills since starting my role, many of them including Microsoft programmes like excel as well as developing team working skills in a professional manner
I really enjoy the programme and thrive off the challenges the industry provides
It's very organised as we have been given apprenticeship tutors who help us with our work relating to our university programme
My employer offers a good amount of support throughout the programme by given us time to work on our university assignments and exams
We have meetings scheduled twice a year with our tutor to help us stay on track. Our lecturers also offer support on all our modules
Gaining knowledge in areas we wouldn't usually be involved in at work helps us to understand these areas better and become more involved in these areas when we face them at work
Sometimes, but not very often. I was lucky enough to play football at Stamford Bridge through an event organised by a Wates charity
Yes
Because they have helped me to develop leaps and bounds more than I thought I through their trainee scheme
Be honest, ask questions and show eagerness to learn/develop
