BT is a great place to work as an apprentice and a lot of effort has been made with my professional development
BT provides me with a lot of support. Unfortunately the same can not be said for Interserve (the training provider) who often provide incorrect information on assignments, prefer it when we don’t ask questions during workshops and have a lack of organisation
Amazing support
Rushed explanations during harder part of workshops, lack of clarity around assignments, lack of organisation! We are often told there will be changes when we complain but then nothing happens
Through independent learning based on the assignments my performance at work is improved
Many! Events ranging from a week away to events after work - both social and for development
Yes
BT has provided great support and career development
Enjoy the experience!
