Managing a customer services team to deliver to operational goals and develop and deliver a specific and focused improvement plan for the team. This enables them to deliver an exceptional customer experience through the technical support they provide to our customers. Day to day this involves 121s, coaching, performance management, problem solving and working with other managers to improve departmental performance.

very much though the workload can sometimes be demanding. It's a great opportunity to learn.
Excellent, very little room for improvement.
A lot of support from my senior though my workload hasn't reduced enough to accommodate the work needed for the programme meaning some of it is done in my own time.
My senior and other individuals in the business have been a big support.
All elements of training so far have linked back to parts of my role.
Not currently though during BAU not a great deal I'm aware of.
